End track for Mobile Suit Gundam 8th MS Team (機動戦士ガンダム 第08MS小隊) 1996-1999
08th MS Team was one of the best Gundam Series and one of my favorite OVAs. It’s rich character development, clean animation (by 90’s standards), romance, mech action, and slight deviation from the typical “Gundam Model” really make this series a classic that stands out from its other Universal Century counterparts. The only exception being the original 70’s show due to it’s Cultural, genre defining, and ground breaking significance that laid the groundwork for everything that came after it.
The song maybe “cheesy” or “sappy” to some, but it really fits the mood and sets the tone for Shiro and Aina’s relationship and I absolutely love it.
